Sports scientist, mom of two, AI creator — and someone who learned that it's not just about what you take, but whether your body can actually absorb it.
Living healthily has always been important to me. During my second pregnancy, I did everything my doctor recommended — including prenatal vitamins with Omega-3. And still, I often felt tired and low on energy, and managing daily life with my toddler felt heavier than it should.
My gynecologist and my GP told me the same thing: That's just how it is when you have small children.
My comprehensive blood panel came back unremarkable — everything normal, they said. What wasn't measured: my Omega-3 status. To this day, it's not part of routine diagnostics — even though Omega-3 is one of the most significant and best-researched nutrients. DHA and EPA are essential fatty acids — according to EFSA, they contribute to the normal function of the heart, and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. Your body cannot produce them on its own.
It was a friend who pointed it out: Have you ever had your fatty acids analyzed? With a small finger prick, conveniently from home, this analysis provides a comprehensive picture: Omega-3 index, the ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3, cell membrane fluidity, and much more.
Despite taking vitamins regularly, my results showed that my Omega-3 index fell into a range that some researchers describe as unfavourable (no official EU recommendation exists). Not all Omega-3 is absorbed equally by the body — I didn't know that until then.
My personal experience since then: I feel more resilient, more alert, and more balanced in everyday life. Of course, every body is different — what happened for me may not be the same for everyone. But that's exactly why I find the test-based approach so fascinating: because you don't have to guess — you can measure.
As a mom of two small children, time was my scarcest resource. I wanted to share this knowledge — about health, about nutrients, about what personally helped me — but building a professional business seemed impossible.
Until I started integrating AI tools into my daily routine. Today I create content, videos, and texts in a fraction of the time — with tools I'd love to show you.
That's the idea behind Balanced With AI: the best of science, nature, and technology — explained clearly, honestly, and personally.
